About us
Collector’s Eye was created by Jennifer Shepard and Andrew Schwartz in 2024 to transform art collections large and small into beautifully designed, keepsake books worthy of their owners’ enduring vision.
Our aim is to make the art of collecting into something bigger than the artworks themselves. Each limited edition book expresses the specific tastes, inclinations, and values of the collector, bringing it all together in an attractively bound document to be shared with loved ones and enjoyed for years to come. When it’s time to cherish your collection in a new way, Collector’s Eye will be close at hand.
Who we are
Jen Shepard

Jennifer is a visual artist, art director, and educator with over 20 years of experience working with agencies, in-house clients, and individual clients. She holds an MFA in painting and printmaking (UT Tyler) and also achieved an MS in Communications design at Pratt Institute. Additionally, she has written extensively about visual art and is an occasional curator. Jennifer has taught design and art at major universities across the New York City area including Hofstra, CUNY, and Pratt (current). Her keen eye and attention to detail have been honed by many years in the corporate design world and the art world. As a partner at Collector’s Eye, she is responsible for project management and milestone planning, and designs each keepsake book from the ground up. Jennifer also oversees the printing process to the highest industry standards. When not working on one of her beloved design or art projects you can find Jen getting creative in the kitchen, hiking and camping, watching scary movies, or hanging out with her rescue cat “Ruthie.”
